Zucchini Pizza Boatsby VEGCHEESE
200g VEGCHEESE Fresh Mozz
6 medium zucchini
1 cup pizza sauce (we used Rao’s pizza sauce)
Diced mushrooms (to taste)
Diced red onions (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat baking pan with your choice of oil.
Half each zucchini lengthwise and scrape the center with a small spoon. (We added the center flesh and pulp to our smoothie!)
Add the pizza sauce to each halved zucchini shell.
Top with sliced VEGCHEESE Fresh Mozz along with your favourite toppings.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender and cheese is bubbling.
