Truffle & Beer Sauce

                  Ingredients
- 200g VEGCHEESE Italian Black Truffle 
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch 
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk 
- 1/2 cup lager beer 
Directions
- Mix unsweetened plant-based milk with beer in saucepan 
- Whisk in cornstarch until mixture thickens 
- Add VEGCHEESE Italian Black Truffle to saucepan and cook over medium heat and stir until cheese mixture starts bubbling 
- Dip warm pretzel into Truffle & Beer sauce and enjoy!
