Truffle & Beer Sauce

200g VEGCHEESE Italian Black Truffle
1 and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
1/2 cup lager beer
Directions
Mix unsweetened plant-based milk with beer in saucepan
Whisk in cornstarch until mixture thickens
Add VEGCHEESE Italian Black Truffle to saucepan and cook over medium heat and stir until cheese mixture starts bubbling
Dip warm pretzel into Truffle & Beer sauce and enjoy!
