Philly "Cheesesteak"

Philly Cheesesteak

                  Ingredients
- 105g of Neokit or your vegan meat of choice 
- 1 tablespoon oil of choice 
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
- 2 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire sauce 
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce 
- 2 medium yellow onions 
- 2 green peppers 
- 300g cremini mushrooms 
- 2 mini baguettes 
- 200g VEGCHEESE Fresh Mozz 
Directions
- Sauté vegan meat with oil 
- Add garlic powder, vegan Worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce to vegan meat 
- Thinly slice onions, green peppers and cremini mushrooms and sauté in separate pan for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper 
- Butter halved mini baguettes 
- Add sautéed onion, green pepper and mushroom 
- Layer vegan meat on top of the veggies and add VEGCHEESE Fresh Mozz
