Italian Black Truffle Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup plant-based milk (we used soy milk)
1/4 cup dry wine or dry beer (we used Sauvignon Blanc)
200g VEGCHEESE Italian Black Truffle
1/4 teaspoon salt (more or less depending on preference)
Directions
Mix plant-based milk with wine or beer in saucepan
Whisk in cornstarch
Add VEGCHEESE Italian Black Truffle to saucepan and cook over medium heat and stir until cheese is fully melted
Transfer to fondue pot and enjoy with bread and/or vegetables!
