Italian Black Truffle and Fresh Mozz Arancini

When life gives you a day old risotto...make some arancini!
 
                  Ingredients
- Fresh Mozz or Curds 
- Frying oil of choice 
Directions
- Place risotto right out of the fridge in your hand and flatten into your cupped hand 
- Place a piece of VEGCHEESE Curd or some Fresh Mozz in the center of the cupped rice 
- Close the rice around the filling and shape into a ball 
- Roll the shaped arancini in flour 
- Roll in dairy-free milk (we used organic soy milk) 
- Finally roll them in breadcrumbs 
- Deep fry in nonstick pan
