Ingredients
14 oz. cremini mushrooms
1 large onion
5 tablespoons vegan butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour (can use gluten-free flour too)
2 cups dairy-free milk (we used oat milk)
2 cups vegetable broth
200g VEGCHEESE Garlic & Chive
Directions
Slice mushrooms and dice onion
Melt vegan butter in a large pot, add diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes or until softened
Add mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes
Add dairy-free milk and VEGCHEESE Garlic & Chive
Stir and simmer on low heat for another 5-8 minutes
Hollow your warm sourdough boule and pour your mushroom soup into your bread bowl
